Terms and Conditions
Welcome to CodeGenius.ae, a branch of Global Sphere Ventures FZ-LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Payment Terms
We require 60% of the total payment upfront to initiate any project. The remaining 40% is due upon completion and delivery of the project. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination.
2. Content Provision
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos) for their projects. If content is not provided within the agreed timeframe, additional charges may apply for delays or content creation services.
3. Additional Features and Maintenance
Any additional features or changes requested after the project scope has been finalized will be subject to additional charges. Post-launch maintenance beyond the free maintenance period included in your package will also be chargeable.
4. Hosting and Domain
Hosting and domain services are provided as part of our packages. However, renewal fees for hosting and domain names will be the responsibility of the client after the initial term.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project has commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the completed project will be transferred to the client upon full payment. CodeGenius.ae retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
CodeGenius.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai.
